A person of interest, who has not yet been officially named, is being hunted down by police, according to Action News. Philadelphia police are seeking a driver who attacked a female driver when he smashed her windshield with two children in the car. The disturbing event occurred over the weekend and is still under investigation.

Police released images yesterday, which captured the motorcyclist’s face with his helmet on top of his head. The biker was caught on video smashing the woman’s windshield when two children were riding in the back seat.

The incident occurred when the suspect was with a group of ATV and other bike riders in City Hall in Philly, close to 10:00 p.m. on Sunday. According to reports, the motorcyclist climbed on top of the car and used his feet to break out the rear window. After being confronted by the female driver, the biker grabbed a black handgun that fell from his waistband and pointed it at her.

The driver of the attacked car, Nikki Bullock, was with her girlfriend and their 5-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son. The family was delivering for Uber Eats when the confrontation happened.

A well-captured video of the attack from a nearby tourism bus showed Ms. Bullock getting out of the car and approaching the biker. It appeared that he had a gun on him. Ms. Bullock said the biker was trying to point the gun in the car and then smashed through the windshield.

The two individuals got into a confrontation before the motorcyclist fled the area with a group of other bikers. In the meantime, Ms. Bullock and her girlfriend grabbed their children from the back seat and walked away.

Ms. Bullock filed a police report shortly after that. She stated she is grateful neither of her two young children were injured. Ms. Bullock also said she hopes police will be able to track down the dangerous biker.
