Negligence plays a part in many car accidents, but other contributing factors create ideal conditions for a serious car crash. Drowsy driving, aggressive driving, speeding, distracted driving, and intoxicated driving may lead to a collision between vehicles. Accidents involving any of these factors may result in various injuries as well as potential fatalities.
