On Monday morning, around 4:35 am, the motor vehicle accident took place at the intersection of Roosevelt Boulevard and Cottman Avenue between a car and a limousine. After the head-on collision, the 29-year-old driver of the car slammed into a utility pole and was taken to the Jefferson Torresdale Hospital where he succumbed to his fatal injuries.
